Mary Chapin Carpenter Joins Joan Baez at the Bottom LineMary Chapin Carpenter Joins Joan Baez at the Bottom LineIn the last part of the night's second set, Mary Chapin and Joan performed Angel Band, Stones In The Road, and Diamonds And Rust. While Diamonds and Rust appears on Ring Them Bells, I was most impressed by their rendition of Stones In the Road - a small bit of which appears on Mary Chapin Carpenter's video, Jubilee. (Personal opinion: perhaps because, to my ears, Stones better displays an interplay of their voices in a complementary way).
